Giulio Gebbia — known as “Rosk” and born in 1988 — is one of the most prolific street artists of his generation. His style, which combines hyperrealism and dreamlike elements, is a result of his profound technical expertise.
From Italy, Rosk’s unmistakable works can be found on urban walls all over the world, in cities such as Mexico City, Rio de Janeiro, Milan, Paris, New York, Bristol, and Miami.
For several years, Rosk collaborated in a duo as Rosk&Loste, and together they entered the world of Graffiti Advertising. They worked on projects for renowned international brands including Gucci, Ceres, Axa Insurance, Averna, and SEAT x Vanity Fair at the Salone del Mobile. Together, they created artistically significant pieces that have already become iconic, such as the Falcone and Borsellino murals in the cove of Palermo.
He has also undertaken artistic projects for Birrificio Semedorato, Cantina La Vite, and Salov. For these projects, he painted tanks intended for use in the manufacturing process, turning them into open-air canvases that seamlessly blend with the surrounding landscape.
One of his notable works is “Close the Gap,” located near Milan’s Vertical Forest, commissioned by Fastweb.
Rosk has created pieces that celebrate sports achievements, including those for Atalanta, SPAL, Lega Serie A TIM, and a recent piece in Florence honoring former Viola captain Davide Astori. These works were created in peripheral areas of cities, always with a view to requalifying the urban territory through art.
