Bublegum

Tirso Paz, known artistically as Bublegum, is a muralist from Lugo in northern Spain whose work is shaped by his early roots in hip hop and graffiti culture. His self-taught work blends realism with graffiti-inspired energy, focusing on female portraits, nature, and light. Over time, he has developed a multidisciplinary practice with murals worldwide, gallery exhibitions, and a signature “Ornamental Style” that fuses animals with intricate filigree. Today, he continues to push creative boundaries through murals, canvases, and digital works, bringing vibrant, detailed art to both urban spaces and international audiences.

Additional Artist Information

His Classroom to the Streets mural features a vibrant sea turtle, chosen as a symbol of migration and diversity, reflecting Lynn’s rich blend of cultures and immigrant communities. The turtle’s protective shell conveys a sense of safety, while surrounding flowers — each representing a different continent — celebrate global unity. Bright, uplifting colors were selected to bring joy to the community and invite a positive emotional response.
