Known for his intricate ceramic murals, Puerto Rican artist, Celso, takes local elements from the surrounding community and brings them to life on the side of Tacos Lupita here in Downtown Lynn. In collaboration with Lynn Public Schools students and teachers, Celso and his cohort take on the Classroom to the Streets 2026 prompt of “Where our power lies in difficult times” by combining elements of nature and Lynn’s friendly neighborhoods. Along the bottom of the mural lies a black cat, “Chino”, who is based off of a real cat who lives nearby.
